Baby Update: It's a ...
We had our 20 week ultrasound this afternoon... halfway there!!
I never cease to be amazed when I see those images flash up on the ultrasound screen... God truly is an amazing designer!!
I'd been strongly suspecting that we were expecting a boy, due to similarities between this pregnancy and my pregnancy with William. I've always considered myself to be pretty intuitive when it comes to my body.... but today I got a little reminder that it's all in God's hands and that we rarely guess right... *wink*
Turns out that:
It's a girl!!
God apparently has entrusted us to bring a good bit of "pink" into this world... *grin*
Although I've had to give William a few little pep talks on how much he's going to love this little baby girl, we're all very excited to meet this new little girl in about 20 more weeks!!

What a blessing, another girl entrusted to you to raise. We have 6 girls (2 boys) and wouldn't swap one of them!
Children are a Blessing! (As you know and embrace!) And it's always fun to have another Rose! God may still have a few more Thorns for your garden! :) Congratulations!

Aw, congratulations! What fun, we're both 20 weeks and just found out we're having girls! I too had convinced myself I was having another boy... surprise! :)
I am SOOO excited for y'all Mrs. Weathers! No matter how many times a new baby enters the family it's always new and exciting every time.
Thank you so much for all you and Mr.Weathers have done for us and our community. I cannot express how wonderful it was to see your husband show up with food and water! And all the labor he did at our house and everyone's was just such a blessing. Thank you Mrs. Christie.

Well I hope my intuition is wrong also because I feel like we are having a girl but would really like a boy this time. :) But either way I will be extremely happy with a healthy baby. Congrats
Congratulations!!! I have 4 girls(along with 2 boys). They are each so uniquely made.
I also wanted to thank you and your husband for taking the time to interview some of the families whose lives were forever changed by tornado. It truly touched so many of us.
